Our technical advantage enables us to design your plastic profile sample in just a few weeks. Everything is done in house at our plant. We have dedicated two extrusion lines to the making of samples only. These extrusion lines run next to the 36 lines that we committed to our production lines. The dedicated sample lines allow us to produce your physical samples in 4 to 6 weeks.
We produce our molds entirely in house. This allows us to serve you fast and flexible, creating the exact plastic profile you require. We employ 20 specialized technicians in our mold production department; this team is capable of manufacturing your profile in short-term. The design and the planning regarding the processes leading to the fabricating of the molds are achieved with the latest cutting-edge techniques.
The construction of the tools needed during the extrusion phase is performed with a CAD system. The CAD system subsequently feeds data into the five spindled CNC milling machines and lathes to manufacture the necessary tools. All of our processes are dominated by aiming at short put through times and optimized manufacturing quality. We also utilize spark techniques to shape our molds. This technique precisely erodes the metal away, leaving the desired contours that later form the profile.
